Refund Policy

Before delivery starts
If you have paid but your link has not yet been placed in the rotator, or we decline your link, you receive a full refund through the same payment method you used.
After delivery starts
Because routing capacity is reserved for your link for a full year at the moment your slot is assigned, orders are non-refundable once delivery has begun. If we are unable to route traffic to your link for a sustained period due to a fault on our side, we will extend your term or issue a pro-rated refund for the affected period at our discretion.
What is not refundable
Refunds are not issued for the performance of your own page or offer, for a destination URL that goes offline, or for expectations of a specific visitor count, sale, or return, since none are guaranteed.
How to request a refund
Email KMMatrixUSA@PlaceQ.com with the payment method, date, amount, and the URL you submitted, or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (509) 862-7122. Approved refunds are sent back within 5 business days.
